LienDone vs Waivr
Two lien waiver tools with no-account signing and the same 12 statutory states. The difference is what each price buys you.
Short version
Waivr sells three plans. Starter is $49 a month, capped at 5 active projects and 25 subcontractors, with no free trial. Pro is $99 a month for unlimited projects and subs, with a 14-day trial. Enterprise is $199 a month and adds API access, a white-label option, and a dedicated account manager.
LienDone is one plan at $99 a month with no caps and a 14-day trial, no card. At the same $99 you also get custom waiver templates, owner waivers, and a QuickBooks CSV import, none of which Waivr lists on its site as of October 2026. If you run 5 or fewer jobs and want the lowest price, Waivr's $49 Starter is cheaper. Past that, you are comparing two $99 plans.

When Waivr is the right call
If you run 5 or fewer active projects with 25 or fewer subs and the lowest monthly price matters most, Waivr's $49 Starter costs half of LienDone. If you need an API, a white-label option, or a dedicated account manager, its $199 Enterprise tier lists all three and LienDone has none of them. Pro also adds custom branding on waivers, which LienDone does not offer.
When LienDone is the right call
- You want no cap on projects or subcontractors at any price, so a busy month never forces an upgrade.
- You need to upload your own waiver form, not only a state's statutory template, and send it the same way.
- You collect waivers from owners as well as subs.
- You want to try it before paying at your price. Waivr's cheapest plan has no trial.
- You'd rather import approved bills from QuickBooks as a CSV than retype them.
