LienDone vs WaiverPilotPRO
One helps you fill out a waiver for free. The other sends it, gets it signed, and tells you who still owes you one.
Short version
WaiverPilotPRO is a free lien waiver generator. You enter the project details, generate a conditional or final waiver, and print it. Its paid Pro tier adds saved projects, contract upload with AI auto-fill, and a way to manage waivers for several subcontractors. Its site describes printing and signing the document, and it does not publish a Pro price.
LienDone starts after the form is filled. You add a project, send each sub a link, they sign on their phone with no account, and you get a signed PDF back with a dashboard showing who has and hasn't signed. It costs $99 a month for unlimited projects and subs. If you send a few waivers a year, a free generator may be all you need. If you chase signatures every pay cycle, the sending and tracking is where the time goes.

When WaiverPilotPRO is the right call
If you only need an accurate form a few times a year and you're comfortable printing it and collecting a signature by hand, a free generator costs nothing and does that job. If your payment data already lives in Procore or JobTread, its import from those tools is also worth a look.
When LienDone is the right call
- You send waivers every pay cycle and the chasing is what eats your time.
- Your subs sign on a phone from a link. Nobody prints, scans, or emails a photo back.
- You want a dashboard that shows who still owes you a waiver before you release payment.
- You want a signed PDF with an audit trail stored for you, not a paper file.
