When LienWaiver.pro is the right call
If you need live QuickBooks Online sync today — auto-synced vendors and bills, signed PDFs written back to the bill automatically — their $149/month Enterprise tier has that shipped now. If you only send a handful of waivers a year and don't want a subscription at all, their $5-per-waiver option with no account beats committing to any monthly plan. And if your team is larger than one or two people sending waivers, their seat-based tiers (up to 50 on Enterprise) support that today; LienDone doesn't have team seats yet.
When LienDone is the right call
- You want one price with everything included, not a ladder where CC lists, custom templates, or QuickBooks each sit behind a different tier.
- You need to upload your own waiver form (not just a state's statutory template) and send it the same way.
- You're comparing the $49 tier to LienDone's $99: at $49 you don't get custom templates or QuickBooks CSV import, both included in LienDone's price.
- You'd rather have QuickBooks CSV import at $99 than QuickBooks Online sync at $149, until your volume justifies the extra $50/month.
