The spreadsheet hot potato
Draws depend on a clean waiver stack, and payment terms on commercial jobs routinely run 30, 60, sometimes 90 days out. Every day a conditional waiver sits unsigned is a day the bank, the lender, or your own AP process won't release the next payment.
